Hi, my name is Ronda. I am a visionary, a coach, and a lover of rich conversations. I work with people who have experienced trauma and women seeking to grow their connections.  

My passion is facilitating rich conversations, helping people find their voice, and hosting soulful retreats and events. I do this through 1:1 coaching, facilitating panel discussions, and hosting retreats and corporate events. I also love creating and nurturing communities of like-minded women.

As an executive coach and business strategist, I bring over 30+ years of business and soulful wisdom and experience to every discussion, interaction, and project that I am a part of. 

As a coach, I work with professionals and entrepreneurs seeking to grow their careers, develop leadership skills, and search for soulful connections. My passion is facilitating rich conversations and helping people find their voice.

As a business strategist, I work with organizations on business development, connecting with their clients, and refining their strategy. Three decades of business development consulting, mentoring, coaching, strategic planning, and sales experience leading to profound success for companies and professionals represented. 

I work with exceptional, high-level, decision-maker networks in the Healthcare, Higher Education, Justice, Pharmaceutical, and Life Sciences sectors.
